Identity number:

1. Enter your identity number and click the "submit" button.
2. You will receive an email at the email address you provided in your most recent registration to a "Netökuskólinn" course.
3. The email contains a link you need to click on. It takes you to a page where you can change your password.
4. You must use the same computer (i.e. the same IP address) throughout the entire process.
5. The link you receive in the email is only valid for 30 minutes.
6. The Netökuskólinn system will register the computer (IP address) which is used to request a change in password.
